Silvana Santos is a dedicated and highly experienced family law lawyer, committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of family law with empathy, clarity, and strength. Her practice spans all areas of family law, including property settlements, parenting and custody disputes, divorce (including complex applications), spousal maintenance, and matters involving family violence.
Silvana is known for her calm and compassionate approach, matched by her unwavering commitment to achieving the best outcomes for her clients. About John
JXP began his career as a judicial clerk to T J Higgins AO KC of the ACT Supreme Court. He learnt both law and humanity during two years of sitting in front of the ACT’s most senior judge, in the ACT’s highest court, during jury trials, civil appeals, and constitutional cases. A 10 year career as a Commonwealth lawyer later followed.
JXP founded Apollo.Law in 2020 for a lifestyle change. He got it. In a single day JXP had separate meetings with astrophysicists, air crash investigators, a conveyancing client, and a mum whose daughter was injured in a public hospital. While it’s not a typical day, it’s the skillset JXP built from understanding, locally, the national and international limbs of Australia’s national interest.
